Profile Amplifier takes no responsibility for any direct or indirect consequences regarding the use of profileamplifier.in owing to any inaction or action that you take on the basis of the services or any such other material offered by profileamplifier.in. You understand and come to an agreement to make use of profileamplifier.in at your own risk. The spirit of the Terms of Use is to ensure customers are using Profile Amplifier services with due regard to the rights of other internet users and in conformity with the requirements of Profile Amplifier. The Terms of Use are not exhaustive, and Profile Amplifier reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its Terms of Use at any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified Terms of Use to www.profileamplifier.in or by notification. In case of your order not being delivered to you within 3 days after you placed it, you will receive a refund. It should be noted that this is applicable if the specified shipment time is under 3 days for the product. In case the delivery time is beyond 3 days, the refund will only be possible after the given amount of time provided that it has not been delivered completely. If you cancel your order after placing it, we cannot issue a refund because refunds are only given if an order has not yet been placed by us. Furthermore, if your order is in a queue or being processed it has already been placed and hence, we cannot refund you. Refunds will be processed through our customer support agents who are available at support@profileamplifier.in Refunds are not pertinent to free credits or services. At Profile Amplifier, we aim to meet customer satisfaction and all refunds are processed thoroughly and in due time.

Your use of the services rendered is at your sole risk. profileamplifier is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on profileamplifier servers. Your server may or may not have automatic backups installed. Servers that have automatic backups are generally done on Sunday. Backups can be made through cPanel.

It is customer responsibility to intimate Profile Amplifier about the payment & other details and make sure that an domain / account renewed. Domains/ Accounts must be renewed atleast 30 days prior to expiry to prevent last minute glitches, act of god, issues at registry's end etc.

It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that correct and working email id is in file with Profile Amplifier. Profile Amplifier will send all email alerts about renewals, registration, transfers, offers as a courtesy by email. It is the responsibility of the customer to login to the members area and respective control panels to keep track of their account status.
